Understanding how and why they influence the outcome of a conflict is crucial for the most positive outcome. In this class, I will show you how triggers get created, their growth process, and the various ways they express themselves during conflict and cause breakups.

Class #2: The Path to Connection
The hardest part about conflict is the intense emotions that get activated and cause people not only to disconnect from each other, but also cause harm to the relationship. In this class, I will share a very impactful approach to improve connection instantly, as well as 3 techniques that can help shift your intense feelings into a workable solution.
Develop new skills that can turn pain into connection and strengthen the relationship.
Class #3: Ways of Healing, Coaching and Akashic Records
At the start of the class, I will open the group Akashic Records to allow for their guidance and healing (if you don't know what the Akashic Records are, watch the video above). I will then invite questions and offer coaching for any personal situations. Being that this class is post Thanksgiving, it will be a great time to talk through any challenges you may have faced during the holiday.
